Description

This registration is for players registering for a team participating in the Dave Dore Winter Classic 2026. This tournament is a women only tournament.

The following are the criteria for player registration:

1. Participation in this tournament is limited to athletes who are assigned female at birth ( as documented on the original birth certificate) and who are not currently undergoing hormone therapy related to gender transition.

2. Ineligibility

Players who are assigned male at birth.
Athletes who were assigned female at birth but are using hormone therapy for gender transition.

3. Verification: The tournament organizers reserve the right to request proof of eligibility if necessary to ensure compliance with these rules.

By proceeding with player registration, player acknowledges she understands and complies to the player eligibility criteria.
